The Carlson Family has provided commercial and residential roofing services in Oregon and Washington since 1971.  We are dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of craftsmanship, customer service and safety.  Carlson Roofing Company, Inc. is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.  There is no job too big or too small for us to handle and we are adept at working with a wide range or roof types and materials.

More History

In 1971, Bob and Sharon Carlson took over a contracting business and launched Bob Carlson, Inc., providing roofing services to customers in the greater Portland area. The business was a family affair; their son Greg first worked in the business doing odd jobs on the shop floor and later, as a teenager, worked on roofing crews. After spending some time away from the family business, Greg returned in 1999 as an estimator. His success in the field led to the position of Vice President of a new company, called Carlson Roofing, Inc., in 2004. In 2006, Greg began taking over ownership of the company, and is now our President.

 

We are very proud of the company we’ve built and the people who work with us. Carlson Roofing is the kind of place that attracts and retains highly skilled, loyal and conscientious employees. We treat them with respect, and that respect spreads to the customers we serve. Our customers have rewarded us with their trust, loyalty and referrals in turn.

 

We are a union shop affiliated with Roofers Union Local 49.
