LMC Construction recently brought us onto an exciting project in Northeast Portland—a major renovation of a housing complex, the Center Village Apartments.
Carlson Roofing is providing a full replacement of the 20,000-square-foot roof. We will remove the entire existing roof and then install a R20 roof insulation and a 60 mil TPO membrane.
